Cheesy Garlic Cloud Bread Texas Toast {Low Carb, Gluten Free}

Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices Cloud Bread Loaf
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Garlic Gourmet Garden stir-in-paste
  • 1 tbspParsley Gourmet Garden stir-in-paste
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese I used a combo of mozzarella, Monterey Jack and cheddar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to Broil.
  • In a skillet melt butter and brown both sides of slices of bread.
  • Turn off heat.
  • Mix the garlic and parsley together and spread over the top of each slice of bread.
  • Sprinkle grated parmesan evenly over each slice.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese over each piece.
  • Place skillet under broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Watch closely
  • Enjoy!
