Cheesy Garlic Cloud Bread Texas Toast {Low Carb, Gluten Free}

- 4 thick slices Cloud Bread Loaf
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 ½ tablespoon Garlic Gourmet Garden stir-in-paste
- 1 tbspParsley Gourmet Garden stir-in-paste
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheese I used a combo of mozzarella, Monterey Jack and cheddar
Preheat oven to Broil.
In a skillet melt butter and brown both sides of slices of bread.
Turn off heat.
Mix the garlic and parsley together and spread over the top of each slice of bread.
Sprinkle grated parmesan evenly over each slice.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese over each piece.
Place skillet under broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Watch closely
