Ingredients

Fudge Frosting

heavy cream

vanilla extract

teaspoon
liquid stevia

unsweetened baking chocolate

butter

tablespoon
unsweetened cocoa powder
Chocolate Coating
1 ½

sugar free chocolate chips

tablespoon
butter
Optional sprinkle: coconut sugar
Instructions
Make brownie recipe and allow to cool then crumble in a large bowl. Set aside.
To make frosting, whip cream, vanilla extract and liquid stevia in a stand mixer until peaks form.
In a sauce pan over low heat, melt baking chocolate and butter then whisk in cocoa powder until incorporated.
Slowly blend into whipped cream.
Stir chocolate frosting into crumbled brownie mixture until all combined.
Form into balls on parchment lined baking sheet. Stick a lollipop stick into each and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Once hardened, melt dipping chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals until melted and stir until completely smooth.
One at a time, dip into melted chocolate, tap slightly to remove excess chocolate then stand in Styrofoam or hang on a dish rack until set.
Add sprinkles of coconut sugar before they set.
Wrap individually for gift giving!
