In a medium size sauce pan, whisk all ingredients together and bring to a boil.
Simmer and continue to stir mixture until thickened, about 15 minutes.
Mixture should be reduced by about a cup.
Makes 4 cups.
Keep refrigerated.
Notes
You can make this without stevia then add your sweetener of choice in your cup individually. If you are not a fan of vanilla flavoring, use a plain flavored stevia and remove vanilla extract as well.
