Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana sliced
  • 2 oranges peeled, chopped
  • 1 carrot peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek nonfat yogurt
  • optional: ½ teaspoon orange liquid stevia

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor.
  • Freeze in molds for at least 3 hours.
  • Makes 20 ounces.
