Add powdered stevia and whisk together.
Refrigerate bowl of chocolate for about 15-20 minutes until thicker.
Pour chocolate sauce onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Evenly sprinkle toppings.
Freeze for an hour or until set.
Break into uneven pieces.
