Naturally Sweetened Green Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups fresh kale*
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt nonfat
  • 1 cup pasteurized egg whites**
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 droppers liquid vanilla stevia

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Adjust sweetener if needed.

Notes

*You could certainly change the kale and sub spinach instead.
