Keto Triple Berry Smoothie

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • cup raspberries frozen
  • cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free whipped cream optional
  • Other optional add ins; low carb sweetener, collagen powder, protein powder, nut butter, MCT oil


  • Place everything in a blender and process until smooth. If it's too thick add more coconut or almond milk, if it's too thin for your liking add in some ice and a little xanthan gum to thicken. Top with optional whipped cream if desired.
