Keto Strawberry Fudge Pops

Instructions

  • Place the coconut milk, cacao powder, erythritol, cacao butter, and unsweetened chocolate in a small pot over low heat. Stirring frequently, bring to a simmer until all of the ingredients are melted together. 
  • Divide the diced strawberries between 10 popsicle molds. 
  • Divide the chocolate mixture between the 10 molds, place the lid on the mold and insert popsicles sticks. 
  • Carefully transfer to the freezer and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.
