Ingredients

Dry Ingredients for Hot Chocolate Mix

  • ½ ounce sugar free chocolate (or at least 85%), grated course, you can use sugar-free chocolate chips but you will need to process them in a food processor to use.
  • 2 tablespoons collagen (marine or grass-fed bovine)
  • ¾ tablespoon cacao powder raw (can substitute with cocoa)
  • ½ teaspoon low carb sweetener optional (or to taste)

Wet Ingredients to make Hot Chocolate

  • 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk (option to substitute 2 tablespoon with heavy cream, not dairy-free)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ tablespoon nut butter optional
  • pinch of salt optional

Instructions

To make the Dry Ingredients for Hot Chocolate Mix

  • Mix grated chocolate with collagen powder, raw cacao and optional sweetener in a bowl.

To make Hot Chocolate by adding Wet Ingredients
