Thanks for sharing and letting me know about the muffins. So I'm not sure which recipe since I do have a couple of chocolate muffins but I wonder if they were adding the sweetener in nutritional info? Whenever I use stevia or Swerve or Allulose or even monk fruit, it doesn't need to be counted into nutrition as it doesn't get digested in the body, it passes through and eliminated. Most keto low carb food bloggers also do the same and that could be the discrepancy.

Hi Brenda,
I’ve been recommending your website on the Reddit diabetes sub, and in particular recommending your keto chocolate chip muffin recipe. Someone questioned me about the nutritional information, and said they had calculated the carbs and it added up to 16-17 carb grams per muffin. However your net carb count is around 2-3 gms. I had to admit I can’t explain the discrepancy. Even at 16 gms, it’s still not a bad carb count. I just wondered if I misunderstood the numbers you posted for the recipe.

Please Please add a section to the index for Dehydrator Tad-Bits. Hey, it's garden harvest time and there are just lots and lots of the zucchini, yellow squash, green beans, cucumbers, watermelon, etc. It sure is a dream come true to dehydrate in your dreamy sleep! Then wake up to pure deliciousness!

I found you through Google taking me to Pinterest. I'm very excited. My oldest daughter(7) loves sweets but when she was 2 1/2 yrs old we discovered she has a severe intolerance possibly allergy to processed sugar. She cannot have granulated sugar, HFCS, corn syrup, sucrose, or any other sneaky "sugar". We have had to learn the names of sugars, read labels and limit breads and pastas. She can have natural sugars like honey, molasses and pure maple syrup..and for some reason small amounts of brown sugar even though I know it is granulated sugar and molasses mixed together.. I'm not a fan of artificial sweeteners but use them time to time. She doesn't get it regularly..not even weekly. More like special occasions. I'm looking forward to browsing your recipes and see what I can make for her.
