Ingredients

  • 1 can 13.5oz (400ml) coconut milk
  • 1 cup 150g fresh strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla liquid steviaor ½ cup of sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetener as needed.
  • Pour into molds and freeze 4-6 hours or overnight.
