Coffee Coconut Refrigerator Chia Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 Island Coconut K-cup brewed, chilled or (1 ¼ cups chilled coffee)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ teaspoon-½ teaspoon coconut liquid stevia or to taste
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients together and stir well.
  • Taste and adjust sweetener as needed.
  • Pour into 2 small mason jars or serving cups.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with coconut cream if desired and unsweetened shredded coconut.
