Ingredients

  • 1 pound sweet peppers mini, halved
  • 8 ounces Gouda cheese smoked, grated
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup onion grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
  • Fill each pepper halve with cheese mixture.
  • Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
