Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk unsweetened*
  • 2 large carrots peeled
  • 1 large orange peeled
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • ½ inch knob ginger peeled

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into blender (or juicer).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve on ice. Makes about 12 ounces.

Notes

* If you have a juicer, you will not need the almond milk.
