Ingredients

  • 2 cans coconut milk 13.5 oz each
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Peppermint Sweet Drops™
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Combine the coconut milk, spinach, and peppermint extract in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust peppermint extract, if needed. Add ½ teaspoon of SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Peppermint Sweet Drops™ and the ice. Blend on high until incorporated. Taste and adjust peppermint liquid stevia, if desired. Enjoy immediately or keep refrigerated.
