Baked Apple Crisp Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples any kind you like, with skin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Thinly slice apples, removing seeds, or use a mandoline.
  • Liner a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl mix cinnamon and any added low carb sweetener if using.
  • Place apple slices on parchment paper, do not overlap.
  • Sprinkle half of the mixture on only one side of the apples.
  • Bake one hour, flip slices over, sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon and any additional low carb brown sugar sub you like.
  • Bake 2-3 more hours until apples or no longer moist.

2 medium apples made about 4 cups of chips so 4 servings at 1/2 cup.
