Ingredients

cup
cottage cheese

egg
1/2
cup
egg whites
( about 4 eggs)
1/3
cup
unflavored whey protein
1
tbsp
collagen peptides
2
tbsp
coconut flour
1
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/4
tsp
salt

tbsp
everything but the bagel seasoning
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place your silicone standard donut pan onto a baking sheet pan.
Place all the ingredients into a food processor or large bowl using an electric mixer to blend until smooth.
Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning into the donut mold. Pour batter into mold.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Allow to cool 5 minutes then remove. Slice and toast.
Store:
Up to 5 days
in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 3 months, wrap individually.
Notes
Changing or swapping any ingredient, bagels may not rise or create chewy texture.
