Low Carb Peaches and Cream Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Half & Half or 100ml
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup vanilla whey protein powder or (47g)
  • 1 cup fresh peaches or frozen peaches (270g) or, pits removed, sliced
  • ½ cup ice
  • optional: sugar-free sweetener of choice to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high powered blenderand blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetener if needed, top with a few chopped peaches and enjoy!
  • Serve over ice if desired.
  • Makes a total of 24 ounces. One serving is 6 ounces.
