Gluten Free & Low Carb Cheddar Herb Drop Biscuits

Ingredients

  • cup coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl mix the flour, salt and dry seasonings.
  • Add melted butter.
  • Add eggs, work out the clumps.
  • Add fresh herbs and cheese and mix until combined.
  • Using a cookie scooper, scoop 10 mounds of batter onto baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 minutes until golden brown.
