No Bake Overnight Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 droppers full vanilla or plain liquid stevia
  • optional topping: Dairy Free Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together.
  • Let mixture set for 10 minutes.
  • Pour evenly into serving glasses.
  • Refrigerate overnight or at least 6-8 hours.
