Easy Classic Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 15 ounce cans chickpeas, rinsed, drained, ⅓ cup juice reserved
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • juice 2 lemons or 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to you food processor or blender.
  • Mix until smooth or desired consistency.
  • Makes about 4 cups.
  • Keep refrigerated.
