  • Blend all ingredients except optional toppings in a high-speed blender or food processor, until thick and well combined.
  • Taste and adjust sweetener if needed.
  • Pour into glass and garnish with optional toppings if desired.

Notes

If you want to turn this mocktail into a cocktail, add 1- 1.5 ounces of white rum. 1.5 ounce is the standard cocktail strength. Add this after you've blended your frozen mocktail. Pour in rum and stir to combine. 
This serving is for one. If making for the entire family you will need to multiply the amounts used, by amount of people you are serving.
