  • Blend the base-Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and pumpkin purée to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Add the cacao powder, whey protein, pumpkin spice, vanilla, salt, and sweetener. Blend again until everything is well incorporated and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice to your liking.
  • Serve immediately- Spoon into three small jars or bowls (about ½ cup each) and enjoy right away.
    For a mousse-like texture, chill 20–30 minutes before serving — but it’s fully delicious right after blending!
    Optional: top with sugar-free whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a few cacao nibs.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in airtight jars for up to 4 days.
