<p>Just because you see the words Nutella doesn&#8217;t mean this pudding isn&#8217;t healthy. It is when you make a homemade sugar-free and dairy free version. Creamy, luscious, smooth and thick but that beautiful nutella flavor comes through in each bite. You must have known that since I made the <a title="Sugar-Free Homemade Nutella {Dairy Free &amp; Low Carb}" href="https://www.sugarfreemom.com/recipes/sugar-free-homemade-nutella-dairy-free-low-carb/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Homemade Nutella </a>I had to use it in other recipes, it was bound to happen! I brought you a <a title="Sugar-Free Copycat Ferrero Rocher {Low Carb &amp; Dairy Free}" href="https://www.sugarfreemom.com/recipes/sugar-free-copycat-ferrero-rocher-low-carb-dairy-free/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Copycat Ferrero Rocher candy</a>, a <a title="Sugar-Free Nutella Iced Coffee Frappe {Low Carb &amp; Dairy Free}" href="https://www.sugarfreemom.com/recipes/sugar-free-nutella-iced-coffee-frappe-low-carb-dairy-free/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nutella Iced Coffee </a>and now this! So now that my stash of homemade nutella is gone this is the final recipe for now, until I make more that is. 🙂</p>

<p>A little whipped cream or <a title="Dairy Free Sugar Free Whipped Cream" href="https://www.sugarfreemom.com/recipes/dairy-free-sugar-free-whipped-cream/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">dairy free whipped cream </a>and a&nbsp;few shavings of chocolate and chopped hazelnuts and you&#8217;ve got a masterpiece of all desserts!</p>

<p>If you&#8217;ve never had chia seeds like this, it almost resembles the mouth feel of tapioca pudding. Not crazy about that, then I wouldn&#8217;t suggest trying this recipe. The seeds are what make this gel up so nicely and thicken so I don&#8217;t suggest leaving them out.</p>

<li>If you don&#8217;t have <a title="Sugar-Free Homemade Nutella {Dairy Free &amp; Low Carb}" href="https://www.sugarfreemom.com/recipes/sugar-free-homemade-nutella-dairy-free-low-carb/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">homemade sugar free nutella </a>then you could sub something like a nut butter in it&#8217;s place, maybe peanut butter and make it a chocolate peanut butter chia pudding!</li>



<li>You can replace the almond milk with really any milk of your choice.</li>



<li>The Hazelnut stevia is my favorite here but vanilla or chocolate flavor will also work.</li>



<li>If you don&#8217;t have liquid then powdered stevia could be used, start with a small amount then taste and adjust before setting it in the fridge.</li>



<li>Of course you could really change the sweetener to any you like to use.</li>
