Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or whole milk
  • ½ cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop collagen or protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½-2 teaspoon pumpkin liquid stevia
  • ½ cup ice
  • Sugar Free Whipped Cream optional topping
  • optional toppings for a smoothie bowl; hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seed meal, fresh fruit, and/or chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust sweetener to your taste buds, if needed.
