Sugar-Free Maple Coconut Refrigerator Fudge
Only four ingredients are needed to make this easy refrigerator fudge.
Melt butter and coconut butter together and stir until well combined and smooth. Stir in maple extract and coconut sweet drops. Taste and adjust sweet drops if needed.
If using optional shredded coconut, first toast by placing in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly until browned. Sprinkle shredded coconut into silicone candy mold, or a greased or parchment-lined 8-by-8-inch pan. Pour batter into molds or pan. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Pop pieces out of mold or cut into pieces. Sit out on the counter for about 5 minutes to soften.
