Ingredients

  • 2 large hard boiled eggs
  • 100 grams mango frozen
  • 150 grams low fat plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Add the frozen fruit and yogurt to the blender. Blend on high until smooth. Taste and decide if you need to add any sweetener. If not, add the hard boiled eggs and blend again until smooth.
    Enjoy immediately as soft serve or store in an airtight container and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours for hard ice cream.
