  • Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend on high until thoroughly combined.
  • Taste and adjust sweetener if needed.
  • This recipes makes 32 ounces so each serving is 8 ounces.
  • Top with sugar free whipped cream
    if desired and a sprinkle of crushed sugar free mints.

Notes

Net Carbs: 3g
If you're not a fan of peppermint simply leave out the extract and use chocolate flavored stevia instead.
