Ingredients

  • ½ cup chilled brewed coffee
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup pasteurized egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon liquid stevia
  • Optional toppings: Dairy Free whipped cream
  • Chocolate Syrup

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into your blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetener if needed.
  • Pour over ice in a large glass, add additional toppings if desired and enjoy!
