All of these products are super fabulous, but I must say if you are on a mission to lose weight you need the most valuable tools first…….a food scale and measuring cups. I wouldn’t have lost my weight by simply eyeballing food amounts. I have tried it in the past and all that ever happened was no weight loss or shock. Shock at myself that when I actually measured out the rice or pasta it was more like 3 servings instead of that little half cup I thought I was having. So if you’re going to invest in anything this is the best starting place hands down.

My new favorite type of pan is a mini meatloaf/bread pan that I was given by my sweet hubby recently! I love to make my turkey meatloaf in it because it looks so much better than in my regular muffin pan! I had no idea until I made that recipe in this pan and ….LOVE IT!
