Congratulations on your new book! I preordered your new book and hope that when I come home from work today or tomorrow the book will be at my doorsteps. Looking forward to trying new recipes.
One recipe I enjoy making from you other cookbooks is the Dairy Free Keto Chaffels. They are easy to make and so yummy.
I would like to cancel my membership. I did not realize it was renewing or I would have reached out sooner.

Hi Brenda,
I attended your first webinar group (sugar free tribe) and I have sent you a few emails without response.
I wonder if they are getting caught in your spam. I would really like to hear more about your membership -- I have a few questions.
Love the recipes -- bought your book and have had success with your approach and recipes. Can we figure out how we can connect for a few minutes.
Thanks so much!
Hi, I need to get your cook book, but in the meantime, do you have recipes using coconut water, especially pineapple flavored? I bought some and can't remember why lol..Leta Libby
Thanks for the great website and great recipes. I adopted the low carb lifestyle 2.5 years ago, and lost a lot of weight, my health is so much better. I reversed my type 2 diabetes, my A1C is now 4.9 (normal). My doctor says if it stays like this, I won't have to take medication any more. I tell everyone that low carb works! People are listening. And with great low carb recipes like yours, who needs to feel deprived? I know low carb is getting popular because sometimes I have trouble buying almond milk at Aldi's. By the way, I live in RI too, and it's such a small state that everyone thinks a 20 minute ride to the store or work is a lot! People from other parts of the country (my husband's sisters, for example) laugh at this. To them, a 70 mile trip to go somewhere is nothing, and the funny thing is, when I visited them, it felt like that to me too. So it's interesting how the size of the state colors one's perceptions!
Hi while i was looking for a low calorie low sugar dessert to take to church i came across your site i m a person with diabetes thankfully i still only take pills to help my own insulin work better anyway i want to thank you because i have not come across a collection of recipes that look good but have low sugar. i once tried to substitute splenda for sugar in my zucchini bread recipe and it was a disaster. I plan on growing my own stevia and i will need to find a way to process it.

Hi Brenda-
I found your page by chance. I loved to read your story/journey. I am a Christian who loves Jesus too. God is calling me to get off the sugar. About 2 1/2 years ago I (with the help of my trainer) lost 85 lbs. and have joined a daily bootcamp and hit weights like 3 days a week ever since.I have pretty much kept the weight off these 2 1/2 years, but recently I have reintroduced the sugar back into my body. I could use any help you can offer to help me with this problem.
Thanks,
Gwen
Your blog is terrific. Question about the web site...even though I am a subscriber to the newsletter, the web site isn't set up to recognize subscribers and the message box asking me to subscribe always comes up. I guess the newsletter and the website are different entities, but is there anyway to not have the message box pop up for subscribers? Either way, I will still be a devoted website user and wish you the best.
Hi Brenda,
I am new to your blog and love it. I have been on a yo yo diet for some time now and I'm done. I love the low carb idea except for one thing, CHEESE, which is something I love very much.. So many of the low carb recipes I am attracted to include a lot of cheese. As much as I love cheese I also worry about the excess amount fat in it and the fact that most of it is processed. How can I enjoy low carb without craving the carbs and cheese that I love?
Also, I love red wine and indulge in a glass or two every day. So my understanding is wine is high in carbs, so I need to give it up?
I wouldn't worry so much about dairy if you are just beginning. If you stick with higher fat and really low carb you will feel fuller and not over eat carbs. So for now don't worry but as time goes on you may need to remove dairy if your weight stalls. Red wine is fine , it's low in carbs.
A friend shared your Baked Oatmeal recipe with me. It sounds good but I'm allergic to bananas. Are they necessary or is there something I can substitute?
Thanks so much. I eat a bowl of oatmeal every day and would like to have something for days when I have to leave early.
HI ! so far I have been enjoying the recipes and so far enjoying them well. We are on week 4 and so far, doing well. Just this past week I had weighed myself and so far lost 14 pounds, and Yes I have been already loosing some weight. Hi Brenda,
I love your recipes! Any chance you can add the Brenda's notes (the ones just above the recipe) to the Notes section when you click on the print button? There always seems to be extra room on the page so I think they will fit w/o going on to two pages.
Thanks
I am putting together a cookbook for a charity event in my small town. Sadie Saves Charity in Gleason, TN. Could we use your Baked Oatmeal To Go recipe if I make note that it came from your website, or how would you like it noted if I can use it? Excellent and healthy recipe! thank you.
