I love ALL you have to say and share! I struggle with people telling me not to count calories and simpky eat healthy and yes, counting calories OR counting food servings. Im glad to hear that you do all the above. Keeping track of calories / servings is the ONLY way I lose weight. I just need motivation to plan more and exercise! I homeschool and feel i have no time, but i want to MAKE the time. Thank you for being so generous and sharing all you do!
