Low Carb Sugar Free Pumpkin Milkshake is a creamy fall delight!
My family and I are getting ready for a big move very soon. With 3 kids it’s taken a lot of work to declutter and part with “things” we’ve collected over the years. I’ve not a whole bunch of time left and between working on my blog, homeschooling and trying to pack, the feeling of being overwhelmed has slightly started to settle in.
As we try to do a little each day, and as the days seem to go by faster and faster, I’m trying to get in as many recipes for my blog and elsewhere I write so I can concentrate on house related things for maybe a week or more pre and post move.
One sip and you too might forget about your To-Do list for a few moments while the cold, pumpkin vanilla flavors melt in your mouth. 🙂

- 1 serving Sugar-Free Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Optional: Whipped Cream
Add ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
