If you’re looking for an easy, quick little appetizer for a weekend this is it!! Only 3 ingredients needed!
Salami gets baked and turns nice and crisp like a cracker! Perfect for soft cream cheese or even goat cheese if you prefer. Add a little fresh parsley and enjoy!
Now I’m hoping I don’t get any hate mail stating how unhealthy salami is, BUT I don’t eat it every day AND once in awhile I feel it’s perfectly fine to indulge in a little. I did find one at Whole Foods Market that has no nitrates and no artificial ingredients so that’s a plus right??

Brenda, you will not get any hate mail from me on this!
What a cute and different idea. I think sometimes appetizers become a lot of the same old thing. I like the fact that this is something so different.
I keep thinking of other uses for the crispy salami. Maybe it could be topped with some tomato and mozzarella cheese. That would give it a more Italian feel.
Plus there are so many things that you could add in to the cream cheese to change the flavor. I’m thinking of adding some garlic powder in the parsley.
Thanks for the great idea and a chance to indulge!
Thanks!
I’m preparing all of the food for my daughter’s wedding reception.
Wondering how far in advance I could crisp up the salami slices . . .
One day ahead I think would be fine then warm again in a 200 degree oven, let cool add topping.
This looks great! Thanks for sharing such a neat idea! Can’t wait to try this!
Sounds great thanks for posting.
I’m trying a new carb free diet and am curious as to how these are carb free when there’s carbs in all of the ingredients? Am I missing something?
per serving there are no carbs.
How many are in one serving?
