Thank you for all the work you do to create yummy food for those who can’t have, or don’t want sugar. I especially love those with low carbs, and no sugar. I love to bake but did not have a clue about different flour bases etc. when diagnosed as borderline diabetic, I got rid of sugar and went to Stevia. I just started following you a few weeks before Thanksgiving when I was diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic, but so far my favorite recipe has been the healthier pumpkin pie.
I would say our favorite is the Carrot zucchini mini muffins.This is the treat we make for my daughters preschool snack day.

Most of the entrees I make are sugar-free, but one of my favorites is my salmon rice broccoli “Chinese” dish. I also make an individual sugar-free peanut chocolate cake in the microwave almost every night, topped with protein-packed peanut butter frosting!
