Need a super easy, but hearty weeknight meal that can be prepared in the morning and baked once you get home? THIS is your meal!! A family pleaser as well with so many veggies the kids will surely at least eat one in there!
Prepare the veggies ahead if you like or chop them up once you get home. That’s really all the work needed for this recipe, the oven does the rest. Using lean turkey kielbasa that is already cooked is also why this recipe works so well for a weeknight meal. You can even replace any veggies with whatever veggies your family likes. Super adaptable and delicious!
