Healthy Stuffed Turkey Sliders

My hubby has been seeing many recipes and pictures of burgers/ sliders lately and begging me to make some. Knowing I still wanted them healthy, I chose to use my ground turkey recipe for Turkey Meatloaf Muffins and then stuffed them with cheese! It was a winning solution all around. The family liked them and I was happy they weren’t going to break my calorie/point budget for the day!

You could easily replace the whole wheat bread crumbs with gluten free if needed.

  1. I make this as meatballs (I don’t squish them down at all). My entire family loves these, even my 3 picky boys. Thanks for another great recipe.

  2. I love this idea! I have never thought to cook burgers like this in the oven with the fat dripping down and I love the cheese in the middle! I can eat it without the bun for low carb and use whole-wheat buns for my kids – I’ll be making this very soon! Thanks!
