This Easy Low Carb Cranberry Salsa needs just 7 ingredients and no cooking is required for a beautiful keto appetizer for the holidays!
Easy Cranberry Salsa
I don’t know about you, but I’ve got enough to make for Thanksgiving then having to worry about appetizers. I like quick and easy and not needing my oven for appetizers since I’ve only got one and it’s usually jam packed full with the main dish and sides.
This Easy Cranberry Salsa is simple yet pretty and elegant for Thanksgiving, Christmas or even New Year’s Eve!
You can really add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse away to desired texture. I like to stir in the chopped scallions that way you still can see some of the pretty green colors and it’s so festive for the holidays that way!
Feel free to place the entire recipe over a block or two of cream cheese and serve with my savory Low Carb Herb Biscotti or Keto Crackers or even on this Quick Keto Toast.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Sounds good, but the stevia is expensive!
Add any sweetener you like.
Made this for Thanksgiving. It was A HIT! People went and got what was left of the appetizer table to eat instead of the sweet stuff.
I’m not able to use stevia. I’ll use mine but should I add some lemon zest?
