I eat gluten free because I was diagnosed with celiac disease a year ago. I also choose to avoid dairy and eggs when I can. ๐
I do not tolerate sugar (except naturally occurring in fruits – so I can use only stewia) and wheat, so your recipes gives my life taste! ๐
My Dr. Recommended that I try to eat sugar free & then gluten free to reduce inflammation in my body. I love gleaning tips & recipes from blogs & FB pages.
Sugar free is my number one reason for being here. I experiment, but sometimes we need that tried and true recipe to go to. Add low carb/gluten free and it’s really a recipe I must try.
Several of my family members, including myself, are diabetic and I just love your recipes!!
I have followed you on Bloglovin’ for the last couple of years. Love your tips and recipes. Currently on the weight-loss track and trying to get back into condition and shape. Thanks for the opportunity.
Sugar makes me weird, so I have virtually eliminated it from my diet. I try to feed my family clean, low-sugar, home-cooked meals every day. My oldest son has Type 1 diabetes, so we made major lifestyle changes with that diagnosis. All the recipes and posts I see for feeding teenage boys involve major pasta and other high carb belly fillers…those just don’t work for us! Love your recipes, they have given us some ‘normal’ foods back!! ๐
I eat gluten and dairy free because they don’t seem to agree with my system now after my second baby. I do not eat meat by choice. I also do not eat anything with peanuts or peanut contamination due to my nursing daughter’s sensitivity. Sadly people are usually intimidated by diet now but it’s okay because I just pack a bag of yummy stuff to eat to take along.
I eat more of a down diet just because I don’t like all the chemicals in our food.
Dairy free as much as possible due to allergy, also sugar free/ low sugar and low carb due to being diagnosed as a Type 2 Diabetic this past November.
Oh I desperately need this! My health physical and emotional health would benefit. I just started looking into sugar free!
I just love your recipes… i follow you on facebook daily …. theyr is no excuse to not eating yourself healthy! !! ๐
I am mostly dairy free due to being lactose intolerant. Plus I am trying to cut back on my sugar intake!!
my family and I are all gluten free, and currently dairy free and egg free. I limit processed sugar as much as possible
My family and I love all your recipes that we have tried so far! We try to eat clean and sugar free as much as possible. I don’t like how sugar makes me feel, the headaches I get or the mood changes. Knowing how bad sugar is I just don’t want to put it in my or my kids body/system!
Love your recipes. Please let us know where to get your ingredients many are not available in rural Mississippi. Thanks
I am a die hard fan of this site and was only thinking the other day,’ I wish she did a cook book’!!! so would be over the moon if I got one of these free copies!! Especially I live all the way in London UK!!! x Fingers crossed!

We are all just trying to eat a whole lot healthier. Since I’ve cut out a lot of sugar my kids can focus a lot better. In everything they do. Start now with a healthy diet for the young ones and it will last a life time!!
We don’t have any allergies and focus on whole, real foods. We limit sugar and love veggies. But we also love nuts and meat and dairy!
I would love a copy of your sugar free mom recipe book. I am an email subscriber. I have a problem with sugar and binging.
I follow a sugar-free diet because I insulin resistant/pre-diabetic. I try to follow a vegetarian diet although I eat fish sometimes. I don’t have allergies but I try to avoid gluten and dairy.
I choose to eat sugar free by choice. I actually did a fast and I chose to eliminate sugar from my diet and I was shocked to see how much sugar was in everything!
Thanks for you website. I am a member and receive daily emails from you. I truly would love to receive a copy of your cookbook. I enjoy your recipes as they are simply easy to make and enjoy. Annette

I LOVE your recipes and have told everyone who will listen to go to your blog for healthy recipes. My family has several favorites: crock pot white chicken chili, cheese stuffed turkey meatballs, and your marinara sauce is AWESOME! We try to eat clean and stay away from preservatives, sugar, and “white” foods. Your recipes really fit in well with my menus. Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Eating well has always been my goal. It’s so difficult to choose foods that are good for our health when there are so many bad choices out there. My hope is that this sugarfreemom and this blog will be a pathway to recipes and eating habits that promote health and well being.
I love sweets… BUT not what sweets do to me… I found out about stevia about 7 years and found a plant to grow… YES is is a ‘sweet leaf’!
Thankfully we have no allergies to contend with. We eat whole clean foods as often as possible. I, myself, eat a paleo/primal type diet.
We would love this cookbook in my house! ๐
These looks so good. I would love to win to get my daughter better choices when it comes to sugar free.

I am an email subscriber and would love an ecopy of your cookbook. I have recently figured out that I have adrenal fatigue – not only due to stress but also due to chemical exposure (including sugar). This is all new territory for me, so I would love a copy of your ecookbook to get me started! Kudos to you for all your hard work on this – and for making it available!
I’m an email subscriber. Love your blog!
I have a genuine concern to make sure that my family eats the best quality foods without feeling deprived. My family and I are really trying to cut out any excess amounts of sugar. After having found out that I have an underactive thyroid, I have been on a search to find out ways to eat better and hopefully reduce any symptoms that come with thyroid problems. Having a site to go to and see good, healthy recipes to feed my family is very great. It helps me make smart choices while still being able to enjoy food. Thanks sugar free mom!
I dont really have a set diet, but have started eating more healthy, using veggies from my gardem
Sugar Free because I am Diabetic
I truly enjoy your recipes as I’m learning to eat clean and healthy. Finding recipes without sugar isn’t easy especially when there is a birthday involved and the birthday girl or boy wants cake. After all, what’s a birthday without cake? I’m always learning new and wonderful things and someone posts a recipe and it gives me different ideas of what I would like to go with it to keep it healthy. I love experimenting! Thank you for taking the time to post these wonderful recipes.
Love your meals and goodies! Solved all my belly troubles thank you so much!. I follow you like a be to pollen by email, and facebook! Thank you!!cant wait for your book!
Working little by little to get my family off gluten and sugars; thanks for your delicious recipes!

My family is blessed with zero allergies or dietary restrictions, we are trying to be healthier by eating less processed food, especially sugary products. Thanks for your wonderful recipes!
Already a subscriber, would love a cookbook…your recipes are awesome!
Due to digestive issues, I have been following a low fat, nut free, gluten free,, dairy free, and low sugar diet for the last 3 years. I am appreciative of Brenda’s recipes which have expanded my culinary choices. Learning to cook with stevia with Brenda’s help has been invaluable in enabling me to have some desserts and treats. I react strongly to nuts and dairy and simply do not digest fats and oils well due to liver/gall bladder issues. So it has been fun to follow Brenda’s lead and learn some new recipes.
I follow mostly clean eating and quick meals. I love your recipes
I eat gluten-free and refined-sugar free. I gave up the bad sugar a couple of years ago and I’ve never felt better. The gluten-free part has been more recent. I don’t have any medical issues regarding the gluten but I think it’s a healthier way of eating. I’ve been enjoying your recipes. Thanks so much!
Thanks for the chance to win! I am a subscriber and enjoy reading your blog.
Hi, I’m new to this. I am hoping I can try new ideas on cutting back on sugar. I am working to be sugar free but finding it hard to do. I would like to try recipes that would work to satisfy my sugar cravings and that is why I thought your sight would be great. Thank you.:-)
Hi! I get your emails! Thank you!!!
My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and has been for the last 8 years. Healthy choices have been a part of our lives for a long time. What I continue to tell her is this; although this is an awful disease and one that at this time cannot be cured, we are very fortunate to be living in the information age and can DECIDE to live healthy. The how to do it is all around us. Sugar free living may have started as a forced required way of life, but at least we have support of blogs like yours to help us continue to love what we eat. Thank you.
Post RNY Gastric bypass, also diabetic again ๐ Eat mostly high protein and sugar free- apparently it isn’t working! Need recipes! XO

Having read the different opinion on this, I still do not regret to havรฉ started the diet, which is nothing else than super healthy. Your recipes helped me to re-discover a new pleasant way to eat.

I’m an email subscriber. We recently switched to a new eating plan called the Daniel Plan. Only natural sweetners are allowed, but we’re trying to avoid somewhere odd that too. We have a few reasons for switching. I have Lupus and sugar can fuel inflammation. We also have 8 children, 5 adopted from the foster system, 6 of whom have some type of special needs, from down syndrome to autism, and adhd. Diet can affect these diagnoses alot. So we are trying to help our kids and myself thru diet. Thank you! I love your recipes!
I have type 1 diabetes and for many years, I just gave up taking care of myself because of all the complications and everyone telling me all the time that “you can’t eat that”. It has been hard but after my last complication with diabetes it scared me and I took a look at the shape I was in (weighed 350lbs) so I dropped over 145lbs and have used your blog as one of my tools!!! Thank you so very much!!!
I started keto a few months ago. I have imbalanced hormones and been TTC for 3 and a half year now. I’ve tried a lot of diet but always got off track and developped BED. On keto I have more energy and eat a lot less. Also, my cravings disappeared and I rarely have BED episode. I also read a lot about low carb nutrition and came to the conclusion that it’s the best for health. I love to cook and am always looking for new recipes. Thanks for this give away!

I like simple dishes that I can make ahead of time to prep for the week. Anything that can be frozen and heated easily, but still retains tastiness afterwards.
I’ve been on and off sugar for the last 15 years and went gluten and sugar free about a year ago when I continued to feel lousy. This past summer I found out that I am insulin resistant and have continued to eat sugar free. I subscribed to receive your e-mails and love your recipes. Thanks!

I eat low carb because I am trying to stay away from sweets since I am a sugaraholic.and I am trying to lose the weight I gained after I quit smoking
Our diet is artificial color and flavor-free (son’s sensitivities), minimally processed, and recently considering gluten-free as the same son is showing difficulties with it. Generally, we love ourselves some good ol’ bread and tortillas but working on changing that somewhat!
Gluten and sugar free. Gluten for stomach issues and sugar free to be more healthy since underlying causes of diseases are root cause of candida.
Hello, I just found you on Facebook. I love all the recipes. I would treasure a cookbook as I struggle with my new found diabetes. Great job and thank you for everything.

I’ve been a subscriber for a while now. Love your recipes — and I THANK YOU for all your hard work! I have diabetes in my family history and am trying to eat so as to avoid it in my own… I have a real weakness for sweets and especially enjoy healthier recipes for desserts and other “treats!”

I try to follow a diet that avoids all grains and very minimal sugar, also try to avoid processed foods and eat as much raw as I can. It’s all a personal choice, no allergy. I’ve just read too much and know too much now to let myself eat any different. ๐
Would love to win a copy! My husband & I are both diabetic so this would be great to win! Have been a subscriber to your blog for awhile & love it! ๐

My hubby and I are both in our 60’s and have lead a healthy life style for 10 years now. I am always trying out your recipes as I try to make everything we eat without processed foods and as natural as possible. We grow all our own veggies in the summer and have a freezer full for the winter time. I grow fresh sprouts and also fresh greens hydroponic during the winter. Would love a copy of your e-book to try out more healthier recipes.

Just found your website, looking forward to trying some of your recipes they look delicious!!
Low/no sugar, fewer carbs.
I say low carb and try not to have any sugar but I slip up a lot! It is for health reasons – my cholesterol was awful.
I ran across your website via Pinterest this morning when trying to find a way to still get iced mochas on my new eating plan. It is the only thing I miss since going off refined sugar and white flour 2 weeks ago. I have always struggled with my weight, but my health has also been compromised by PCOS for years. Now I have arthritis and a torn meniscus in my knee. Outside of knee replacement surgery, my only hope for reducing pain is to reduce the weight on it. With insulin resistance, I have had little hope that I would ever lose the weight. However, I recently discovered that through a complete diet modification, I have the power to totally reverse the insulin resistance, and thus maybe also lose the weight I have struggled with for so long. I am not craving sugar, or really anything else for that matter, but I do miss my morning Starbucks coffees. I have been cooking with stevia, but had not yet heard of the liquid chocolate stevia. I am excited to give that a try! I would love a copy of your cookbook, as I am new to this way of eating and boy, is it challenging! I am encouraged by your story, and certain that God led me to it today because I needed a little help. Thank you for sharing it!
I LOVE your recipes!! Keep up the good work!! ๐
I’m kind of keto-paleo! So, Grain-, Gluten-, Sugarfree! Low Carb – High Fat ๐
Congratulations on your cookbook. I am new to your site but love everything I have tried. Wishing you many sales!!!

Kathy Sitter

Under doctor’s requests for me I’m gluten, wheat, dairy free. They also have me on that “something map” in avoiding certain foods as well. I’m always looking for new recipes… I’ve also gone to Stevia (Sweet Drops liquid) and off all processed sugar… I’ve lost a ton of weight and have been able to cut my Cholesterol pill in half per doctor and off a couple other meds. I feel so much better and my sweetheart has noticed a large difference in my being happy and smiling more. I also use YMCA & walk the dogs at the dog park. So any recipes you can share with my restrictions would be fantastic ….. Thanks <3 <3
I was diagnosed with a mental illness 2years ago so I’ve been interested in doing the GAPS diet which doesn’t allow any form of sugar but honey. I’m interested to try some of your recipes other than the ones posted here.
