Love your blog!
I eat gluten free, dairy free, mostly grain free, sugar free and low carb. I have pcos and am trying to get healthier
I do not have a special diet, no allergies.....I need to reduce my sugar intake and am looking forward to your recipes.
No particular dietary restrictions, but always on the path to eating the best we can...nourishing and yummy......
I am on a macro life style change, which allows me to eat so many carbs, fat and protein. I love trying new recipes that allow me to get my chocolate fix with no sugar!!
Just stumbled onto your great website this week. Anxious to check it out closer, as I've been hypoglycemic for 30 years, so I have to avoid sugar. I still have a time finding really good sugar free recipes and yours look really interesting, especially the pictures.
I love eating gluten and sugar free.
You have helped me eliminate and controls sugars! Thank you so much! Great recipes!
I try to be sugar free because I need to lose weight and do something preventive.
My diet is a modified version of Atkins. Being diabetic, I watch my carbs in order to keep my sugars under control. Sometimes though, it just gets hard.
Love your recipes!! I do so much better with a gluten free diet. My family loves when I make your scones, crock pot enchiladas, stuffed peppers and so much more!! Thanks for being AWESOME!
I absolutely love your recipes. I just found out that I am severely diabetic and I was having a hard time finding good recipes that I can use, and your recipes work just wonderfully. Thank you so much !
Congratulations on your cookbook. I am new to your site but love everything I have tried. Wishing you many sales!!!
I can't follow directions either. I am an email subscriber.
I'm kind of keto-paleo! So, Grain-, Gluten-, Sugarfree! Low Carb - High Fat 🙂
I LOVE your recipes!! Keep up the good work!! 😀
I ran across your website via Pinterest this morning when trying to find a way to still get iced mochas on my new eating plan. It is the only thing I miss since going off refined sugar and white flour 2 weeks ago. I have always struggled with my weight, but my health has also been compromised by PCOS for years. Now I have arthritis and a torn meniscus in my knee. Outside of knee replacement surgery, my only hope for reducing pain is to reduce the weight on it. With insulin resistance, I have had little hope that I would ever lose the weight. However, I recently discovered that through a complete diet modification, I have the power to totally reverse the insulin resistance, and thus maybe also lose the weight I have struggled with for so long. I am not craving sugar, or really anything else for that matter, but I do miss my morning Starbucks coffees. I have been cooking with stevia, but had not yet heard of the liquid chocolate stevia. I am excited to give that a try! I would love a copy of your cookbook, as I am new to this way of eating and boy, is it challenging! I am encouraged by your story, and certain that God led me to it today because I needed a little help. Thank you for sharing it!
I say low carb and try not to have any sugar but I slip up a lot! It is for health reasons - my cholesterol was awful.
Low/no sugar, fewer carbs.
Just found your website, looking forward to trying some of your recipes they look delicious!!
I am 75 and want to keep healthy. I cut out all white products and am eating a vegetable based diet. Love your blog and look forward to your recipes.
My hubby and I are both in our 60's and have lead a healthy life style for 10 years now. I am always trying out your recipes as I try to make everything we eat without processed foods and as natural as possible. We grow all our own veggies in the summer and have a freezer full for the winter time. I grow fresh sprouts and also fresh greens hydroponic during the winter. Would love a copy of your e-book to try out more healthier recipes.
I am a 60 year old granma who truly desires to change my bad eating habits! I believe your cookbook would be a BIG step in that direction! Thanks!
Would love to win a copy! My husband & I are both diabetic so this would be great to win! Have been a subscriber to your blog for awhile & love it! 🙂
I try to follow a diet that avoids all grains and very minimal sugar, also try to avoid processed foods and eat as much raw as I can. It's all a personal choice, no allergy. I've just read too much and know too much now to let myself eat any different. 🙂
I love love love your blog, recipes and advice. I am gluten free, low carb for the most part. I have a gluten sensitivity so I really don't do well with gluten or much processed food. I have a huge sweet tooth and love to have options!!
