These Scrumptious Keto Pecan Pie Brownies are the best of both worlds! Fantastic Fudgey Brownies topped with Pecan Pie Filling! Gluten Free, Low Carb, Sugar Free!
‘Tis the season for all things pumpkin, but instead of sharing another pumpkin recipe, I decided it was time to emphasis another fabulous player in the season of fall and that is, Pecans!
Pecan pie is one of my favorite Thanksgiving pies so I thought adding that filling on top of another one of my favorite treats, my fudgey brownies would be a match made in heaven, and I was right! I hope you think so as well!
It takes a little more work than just making brownies, but I will say it is every bit worth it. While the brownies are baking you make the easy pecan pie filling in a bowl and once the brownies are finished in the oven, top with the pecan topping and bake a little longer. Just something special about a nutty brownie that I love!
Even if you’re not much of a pecan fan, you could easily swap out the pecans with walnuts or another nut of your choice. But I couldn’t let this fall season go by without showcasing my love for pecans and brownies.

This really looks good.
Thanks Charlotte!
I only have vanilla protein powder, would I sub with plane and add cocoa powder?
This looks fabulous and I want to make them!!
Yes that would be fine, hope you love them!
Hi and thanks for the recipe…these look scrumptious and I can’t wait to try them! What does the protein powder do for the recipe? I’m wondering if I could leave it out or sub with something else I might have on hand. You can’t buy a little bit of protein powder and I don’t use it enough to invest in a giant tub of it. Thanks!
You could swap it with ground flax though I’ve not tested it, just my guess. It really provides a little help in texture and lift. I use it in my Cloud bread recipe for the same thing, a bit more substance and texture.
Looks so good! How many carbs per brownie?
Thanks for mentioning nutrition, my recipe plug in needed to be updated and now you can see the nutrition info listed below the recipe. It’s 6 total carbs with 2 fiber per brownie so 4 net carbs.
The brownies look so yummy. Thanks for the recipe.
MIne were dry and crumbly- what did I do wrong?
Oh I’m sorry sounds like they were over baked if crumbly and dry. Did you try placing them in the fridge overnight? That can sometimes help soften and set the brownies and bring the moisture back.
What can you substitute for Avocado oil?
another oil of choice
I don’t have the brown sugar. Would date sugar work?
yes
Wow Yummy….!! Seeing this made me hungry.. Awesome recipe.. Thank you for sharing it.
Can I leave out the protein powder as it is to expensive for us to buy
