Strawberries are luscious and sweet this time of year so use them in this healthy popsicle to give your kiddies a wonderful summer treat!
Coconut milk makes these super creamy, but there’s also a secret ingredient added to give them a bit of protein.
Of course you could make them without the secret ingredient, but why? The natural protein is perfectly safe when purchased and says 100% pasteurized egg whites. That means it’s already be heated and no bacteria can form so perfectly safe to enjoy fresh! I’ve got a few delicious smoothies with it added as well!

Low Carb Strawberries & Cream Popsicles {Dairy & Sugar Free}
Ingredients
- 2 cups halved strawberries
- 1/2 cup egg whites 100% pasteurized
- 1 can 13.5ounce coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon powdered stevia
Instructions

In a blender add the strawberries and egg whites .

Blend until desired consistency.

Pour in the rest of the ingredients and blend on low until combined.

Pour into molds and allow to freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.

Makes 28 ounces.
