Low Carb, Sugar-Free Cookies and Cream Dip is an easy, no bake dessert that will please everyone!
No cookies have been harmed in the making of this recipe!
First thing first, you DON’T NEED to make any cookies or buy any for that matter! The simple cookie crumb mixture comes from a perfect amount of ingredients for just that right texture and crunch within this decadent creamy dip!
When it comes to parties in the warmer months, I’m all about no bake desserts that don’t require a lot of time in the kitchen or planning or baking even. I want to be in and out, but have something fabulous to bring to a friends house or for when company stops by.
This Cookie Dough Dip is pretty fabulous, as well as this Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip!
Delicious No Bake Dips are the BEST dessert and are always a crowd pleaser! Who can say no to cookies and cream dip?
My kids LOVED this dip! They couldn’t believe I didn’t make cookies to make these cookie crumbs within the dip! I’m telling you, if my picky kids loved this, everyone will!

Thanks! The link didn’t look like a link, so I didn’t hover over it to see it turn into a link. I’ve found it now. Thanks so much. I’ve also noted the vanilla wafer recipe, so will try these together.
ok… looks like a great recipe, but what can you use to dip into this? I’m new to low carb eating and can’t think of what I can use this with…. thanks.

Yum! Any possible substitutes for sunflower seeds?
Sure, any nuts of choice if you aren’t allergic.
I loaded this recipe into mfp using their linking option that loaded it manually from the stevia website and it says 5.1 carbs with 1.7 fiber so that would be 3.4 net carbs.
How did you get 2.3 (I think is what is stated)
Also it fluid ounces or weighted ounces for the serving size?
Myfitnesspal is not as accurate. I am using myfooddiary.com which I pay a monthly fee for and use weighted measurements.
Can you use swerve for the sweet leaf?
You could but I wouldn’t use the granulated, the powdered would be best, otherwise it will taste grainy.
