Welcome to the final weeks keto, low carb, menu plan for the Year of 2020!! We made it through one of the most difficult years and hopefully the new year ahead will be much better than the last. If you haven't joined our meal plan membership this past year, you can start the new year off on the right foot by joining for 2021!!
Meal plans sent to your email each week, with a full shopping list, can make like just a little bit easier, especially for a busy family. The best part about our meal plans is the options to change anything on any day, for any meal. That means you can simply delete whatever you don't like and replace with something else. The shopping list will change accordingly!
We have two current meal plan options.
- Low Carb Meal plan features breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and has no more than 30 net carbs daily.
- Keto Meal plan features breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and has no more than 20 net carbs daily.
You can choose these options on a weekly basis, changing each week if you like to see what works best for you and your life style.

Meal Plan Membership
Our membership is simple. You can subscribe for a month to try it out or you can subscribe for a yearly membership. Each Friday you will get a meal plan that comes to your email. You'll have that early in order to go food shopping before the meal plan begins on Sunday. You will be able to view and print the meal plan and the shopping list. If you don't like a meal, simply delete it and swap it with another meal you like. The shopping list will automatically adjust. It's the best software available out there for a customizable menu plan. Not many other low carb or keto meal plans allow you the option to remove, add, start with a blank menu and create your own if you so wish.
