Sure you can just buy honey mustard sauce, but it is super easy to make at home. You probably have all the ingredients you need right now to make this and it’s much better for you when you make it yourself.
Other Sauces you might like:
Fat Free Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- juice of 1 lemon
Simply whisk all ingredients together and chill in the fridge for an 30 minutes to an hour.
Keep refrigerated for up to a week.
