We are back from our vacation camping in New Hampshire and although fun, a whole lotta work coming home and unpacking! BUT memories for the kids will last forever and they truly had a blast!

I just hope the never ending pile of laundry will cease at some point. 🙂

This coming week is also going to be challenging as I am volunteering from 8:30-4pm every day at Cubscout Day Camp with my kids. Dinners will be crock pot meals, grilling or stove top, no oven required. I didn’t get to the grilled pizza or the grilled fish as it rained every day of our vacation believe it or not. So I’d like to try those recipes this week.
